I live just north of Sun Prairie. I retired spring of 2004 from Trachte Building Systems accounting department. My husband Alan retired June 2005 from Alliant Energy. Our daughter, Pamela, lives in Waupaca and has three little boys--Max 5, Alex, 3-1/2, and Zack 2. Our son Michael just moved to Charlotte, NC, and has a daughter, Julia 7, and a son, Carter 5. We spend a lot of our time enjoying our grandkids. I'm sure that now we will be spending a lot of time traveling to NC. Thankfully our daughter's kids are only 2 hours away.

My favorite hobby is quilting, then gardening and reading. Alan and I spend the majority of our summers at our cabin in northern Wisconsin. About 10 years ago we bought a handyman special on the Manitowish Waters chain of lakes. We are finally finished with all the remodeling and now are enjoying pontoon boat rides, fishing, and biking.
